Interuniversitair Micro-Electronica Centrum (IMEC) is offering a project to master’s students on the Characterization of lateral nanostructures using Rutherford backscattering spectrometry. The project is a combination of an internship and master’s thesis and lasts 6 months. The main focus lies on developing a characterization method for periodic nanowires from advanced patterning with critical dimensions below 10 nm.
Applicants enrolled in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nanoscience & Nanotechnology or Physics programs are welcome.
