RADIATE is committed to training the next generation of ion beam physicists and is organizing a number of summer schools throughout the project run time. The first summer school consisting of two days of lectures is being held at the C2RMF in Paris, France, from 10-11 October 2019. The lectures will focus on the basics of ion beam analysis and ion beam modification, but will also incorporate sessions for the participants to discuss their present work or projects.
The summer school is taking place in the framework of IBA2019 and its conference tutorial. Participants of the RADIATE summer school may also attend the IBA tutorial on 12 October 2019.
The participant’s fee for the summer school and tutorial is 150 €. However, RADIATE is offering a number of scholarships that you can apply for. Find out more about the summer school and the application procedure.
