IAEA is organizing a virtual Training Workshop on Ion Beam Driven Materials Engineering: New Roles for Accelerators for Quantum Technologies from 4-7 May. The workshop serves as a knowledge transfer on the latest technological developments to engineer new material properties with ion beams, with a specific focus on novel detector applications using quantum technologies. The target group of the workshop are PhD students as well as early career researchers acvtively working with ion beam technologies. Applications are accepted until 24 March 2021.
